Yes the sparklies are meant to distract you from the blandness/possible errors : D;

One of many many many art things I'm attempting to get done the week I incidentally have many many exams. Stress is one way of putting my predicament nicely.

Lucario/Rucario is one of the '4th gen' pokemon that have yet to be released. I've only seen him in that one movie, but he's really cool.

Edit: I hate devart smilies *eats them*

XD The explanation for that would be in the shop I co-own on Gaia, I made all the legendary pokes with sparklies. I just forgot to take them out @_@

I think he looks awsome, the sparkles make him seem more legendary. The shading is great as usual ^^ i tried draw rukario but it never worked 0.o;;
